5 exercises · 45 min

Nothing changes until you approve it.

From first question to first workout in one sitting

  1. 1

    Tell us how you train

Your goal, experience, how many days you can train, how long each session can run, where you train and what equipment you have. About five minutes.

  2. 2

    Review your program

AirFit Coach drafts a complete program from a library of 870+ verified movements, checked against your equipment, experience and session length. You see it before it's assigned.

  3. 3

    Train in the app

Today's workout is one tap away. Sets, reps and rest in big, glanceable type, a demo image on every movement, and set logging that tracks your PRs automatically.

  4. 4

    Check in, approve, repeat

A short structured check-in each week. When the coach proposes a change it shows you exactly what moves and what stays — and nothing changes until you approve it.

A coach that knows your numbers, not a chatbot with a workout list

Built from a verified library

Every exercise in your program comes from AirFit's library of 870+ movements with demo images and instructions. No invented exercises, no guessing what a name means.

Works where you train

Bodyweight only, a home gym, a commercial gym, or a mix. The program is built around the equipment you actually have and the time you actually have.

You stay in control

Every revision is a proposal, not a surprise. Approve it, or keep running what's working. Your active program is never swapped out behind your back.

Ask your coach

Questions about your program, swapping a movement, how to scale a session when you're short on time. Answers are grounded in your own training history.

Progress you can see

Workout history, personal records and body metrics in the same app as the plan — so the check-ins are about real numbers, not how the week felt.

The rest of the day, too

A daily protocol — a few small blocks for sleep, mornings, stress or mobility, scheduled around the day you already have. You approve it, then tick it off.

Add a human coach any time

When you want a real person, ask to be matched with a trainer on AirFit. Your history comes with you, and you decide exactly what's shared.

A meal plan built to your numbers, not a diet off the internet

Answer a short nutrition questionnaire — goal, body stats, how you like to eat, what you won't eat, allergies — and AirFit Coach sets your daily calorie and macro targets the way a coach would. Then the AI meal planner drafts a week of real meals from a library of 13,600+ foods, fitted to those targets, for you to approve.

  • Targets are calculated from your profile, not guessed — the AI never does the arithmetic
  • Omnivore, pescatarian, vegetarian or vegan, with allergies and restrictions respected
  • Every day shows calories and macros; a grocery list covers the week
  • Ask for a change — a food you'd rather skip, more variety, less to cook — and approve the revision
  • Your meal plan and food diary together on iOS, Android and the web

Included in your subscription. General meal planning for healthy adults, not medical nutrition therapy — the scope is spelled out below.

2 of 4 done. Times worked out from your own wake and bedtime.

A daily protocol for the twenty-three hours you aren't training

Sleep, mornings, stress, mobility — the half of getting fitter that no program covers. Tell AirFit Coach what you want to work on and the shape of your day, and it builds a handful of small blocks around the day you already have. You approve it before anything starts.

  • A short questionnaire — what you want to work on, when you wake and sleep, how many minutes you actually have
  • Every time is worked out from your own wake and bed times; the AI never picks a clock time
  • Two to eight small blocks, never more than the minutes you said you had
  • Tick them off from the Today screen; a streak and a seven-day grid show how it's going
  • Ask for a change — wrong time, too long, not helping — and approve the new version
  • General wellness guidance, not treatment for anything

Included in your subscription. General wellness guidance, not medical advice and not treatment for any condition.

What AirFit Coach is — and what it isn't

It's fitness programming with a clear scope. Knowing the edges is part of trusting what's inside them.

Built for

  • General strength, muscle gain, conditioning, mobility, body composition and general fitness
  • Meal plans for fat loss, maintenance, muscle gain or recomposition — omnivore through vegan
  • Daily protocols for sleep, mornings, stress, mobility and screen time — habits, not treatment
  • Adults who can train independently without medical supervision
  • Bodyweight, home-gym and commercial-gym equipment
  • Beginners through experienced lifters

Not for

  • Diagnosing, treating or rehabbing an injury or illness
  • Pregnancy or postpartum programming
  • Meal planning around pregnancy or a medical condition — that's one for your clinician
  • Treating a sleep condition, low mood or anxiety — a protocol is habits, and your clinician comes first
  • Medication or supplement advice
  • Form checks from photo or video
  • Competition prep, or anyone under 18

Fitness coaching, not medical care. AirFit Coach is not medical care, physical therapy, nutrition therapy or emergency support. Stop exercising and seek qualified help if pain, symptoms or an emergency may be involved. Adults 18 and older.

Frequently asked questions

What do I get free?

A complete training program built from your goal, equipment and week, a meal plan fitted to your targets, and a daily protocol — each rebuilt every 8 weeks — plus workout logging, progress, PRs and 20 coach messages a month. No card. The weekly check-in review and revisions on request are the paid coach.

Do I need a personal trainer to use AirFit?

No. AirFit Coach is self-service: you sign up directly, AirFit is the seller, and no trainer is involved unless you ask for one. If you'd like a human coach later, you can ask to be matched with a trainer on AirFit from inside the app.

How is my program built?

From your goal, experience, schedule, training location and equipment — using only movements from AirFit's verified exercise library. Every program is checked against your equipment, experience and session length before you see it, and you approve it before it's assigned.

What happens in a weekly check-in?

A short, structured check-in: how the week went, energy, soreness, anything that changed in your schedule. Based on your answers and your logged workouts, the coach may propose a revision. You see what changes and what stays, and nothing is applied without your approval.

Does AirFit Coach do nutrition?

Yes — meal plans are included, not an add-on. After you enroll, a short nutrition questionnaire (goal, body stats, how you like to eat, restrictions, allergies) sets your daily calorie and macro targets using a standard formula with sensible floors; the AI never invents those numbers. The AI meal planner then drafts a week of meals from a library of 13,600+ foods, fitted to your targets, and you approve the plan before it's yours. Ask for changes and it drafts a revision for you to approve. Log what you eat in AirFit's food diary on iOS, Android or the web to see calories and macros against your targets.

Can it build my morning or bedtime routine?

Yes — that's a protocol, and it's included. A short questionnaire asks what you want to work on (sleep, mornings, stress, mobility, screen time), when you wake and go to bed, and how many minutes you actually have. AirFit Coach then builds two to eight small blocks — morning sunlight, ten quiet minutes, phone away before bed — and you approve it before anything starts. Every clock time is worked out by the app from your own wake and bedtime; the AI never picks one. Tick the blocks off from the Today screen and you get a streak and a seven-day view. Ask for a change and it drafts a new version for you to approve. It's general wellness guidance — habits to try — not treatment for anything.

What equipment do I need?

None is required. Tell the coach whether you train with bodyweight only, in a home gym, in a commercial gym, or a mix, and select the equipment you have. The program uses what's available to you.

What does it cost, and how does the trial work?

The program, meal plan and daily protocol are free — Coach Free has no card and no end date. AirFit Coach, the weekly coach, is $19 per month, billed monthly in USD. Its first 7 days are a trial: a payment method is collected at checkout and nothing is charged until the trial ends, unless you cancel before then — and canceling returns you to Coach Free. There's no annual plan yet.

How do I cancel?

From the app, through the Stripe-hosted billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and your programs and workout history stay readable afterward.

Can I switch to a human coach later?

Yes. Ask to be matched and you'll see up to three trainers on AirFit. No trainer sees any of your information until you choose one and approve exactly what will be shared. If a trainer takes over your programming, AirFit Coach becomes read-only and your subscription is scheduled to end at the close of the current period.

What can't AirFit Coach do?

It provides fitness programming, general meal planning and general wellness routines within a defined scope. It is not medical care, physical therapy, nutrition therapy or emergency support. It won't assess your technique from video, program around injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions, or plan meals around them — the nutrition questionnaire checks for those situations and points you to your clinician instead. A daily protocol is habits, never treatment: if you tell it about a sleep condition, an injury or that you're under mental health care, it plans around that and tells you to keep your clinician in the loop rather than trying to fix it. It doesn't log food or give medication or supplement advice. You must be 18 or older to use it.

Who sees my data?

Your training profile, nutrition profile, protocol questionnaire, check-ins, logged workouts and coach messages are processed by AirFit and an AI model provider to build and adjust your program, meal plan and daily protocol. Stripe handles your payment details; AirFit never stores your card. No trainer sees anything unless you choose to be matched and approve the sharing summary. Coach conversations are removed 90 days after your enrollment ends; your programs, workout history, meal plans and protocols remain yours, and every one of them is in the data export.
